   Lent Eckhart Properties is a one-stop shopping center for real estate, vacation rentals and activities. Other websites usually concentrate on just one of these, but when our clients plan to visit Costa Rica they like that they can rely on us to supply them with everything they need and want. The Lent Eckhart employees are native Costa Ricans and North Americans who have lived here for a minimum of 4 years, so we can also honestly answer questions about the area and help our clients decide what is best for them.

3. What method has been most successful for promoting Lent Eckhart Properties?

   People! Word of mouth is still our most powerful tool. There's nothing better than hearing good things about a company from people you know and trust. 4. What is the most challenging aspect of customer service?

   For us at Lent Eckhart Properties, the most challenging aspect is making sure our vacation guests don't over do it! There are so many fun things to do in Costa Rica but a 1 week vacation really isn't long enough to do them all. We spend a lot of time with our clients so we can help them decide the best activities for their ages, skill levels and time. We like to alternate our clients' schedules so they do one or two high energy activities one day, like a zip line and horseback riding, with a more leisurely activity the next, like a coffee plantation tour and hot springs spa visit.
